ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, A BURLY BEAST GETS STARTED ON IT RIGHT AWAY.

All orders requesting expedited shipping will ship the same day if placed by 1 pm EST, otherwise, they will be processed the following business day. All non-expedited orders will ship from Arlington, VA within 2 business days. Once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email detailing the tracking number and items shipped, transit times vary based on your location.

In the event we are unable to fulfill your order you will receive a cancellation email detailing the voided charge and reason for refund.

The map below will give an approximate timeframe as to how many business days it will take for your order to arrive at your door. Please remember to add two business days for order processing.

Burly Beast is proud to offer Free US Shipping for orders > $50 in addition to FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day, and USPS Priority.

Orders to be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or PO Boxes MUST and can only ship via USPS Priority and once processed may take an additional 1-2 weeks depending on the destination, orders with FedEx selected will be canceled.

We may offer international shipping at special request. The shipping charge does not include import customs, duties, and tax fees. The recipient is responsible to pay these fees to the local government upon delivery of the package.
